Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.

Exchanges - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

If for some reason the bike is not a good fit for you, we allow returns within a 7 days period.

1. New and unused bikes are subject to 10% restocking fee.

2. If the bike is used and with less than 10km on the odometer then it is subject to 20% restocking fee.

3. If the bike is used and with more than 30km on the odometer then it is subject to 30% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for arranging the freight to come back in our facility.

The average cost to ship bike across Canada is $300-$600

The bike needs to be returned in its original packing.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

JO-E BIKES service center has technicians trained professionally to service the bikes you purchased, all parts and replacements are from the original manufacturer, most wear parts are in stock at our service center, so the turnaround is fast.

Our Warranty (New E-Bike)

Under normal circumstances, JO-E BIKES will provide a series of WARRANTY for newly purchased E-Bikes.
• Bicycle Frame: 24 months warranty
• Battery: 12 months warranty
• Motor: 12 months warranty
• Controller: 12 months

Return and Repair Policy: In addition to the above warranty.
If it has not been used, it will not affect the second sale. The goods can be returned and exchanged within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for returning the goods and paying the return shipping fee. The seller is responsible for free returns and exchanges.
Maintenance policy:(Factory Defects)
180 Days from Date of Purchase - 100% of Parts, 100% of Parts Shipping, 100% of Labor will be covered.
6-12 Months from Date of Purchase - 80% of Parts, 80% of Parts Shipping, 20% Labor will be covered.
Our E-bike is built with a modular design in mind. All components on E-Bike utilize quick connectors and are easily replaceable. This includes the LCD screen, brake levers, motor brake inhibitors, throttle, motor and battery.
Virtually any regular cyclist would be able to handle replacing these components.
99% of the time we are able to identify any issue remotely, but new bike sometimes require very little adjustments (Gear, pump tire..) If you can't do enough on your own, visit a local bike shop and get minor tune-ups for a more enjoyable ride.

Work Order Agreement and Conditions
• All estimates and quotes provided are subject to change. We will make every effort to contact you and inform you of any change in cost for your work order.
• We want your bike to be perfect just as much as you do. However, sometimes things just don’t stay fixed. If a problem recurs, just come on back and we’ll see about making it right.
• We cannot provide a warranty on flat tires.
